1. How far in advance should I book an event?
We're currently booking events up to three years in advance, so it's important to book us as soon as you know the date of your event.
2. How long has NYX Entertainment been in the industry?
Over twenty years of event experience has made us the best in the industry. NYX Entertainment was founded in 1985.
3. Is NYX Entertainment insured?
Yes. NYX Entertainment is fully insured for two million dollars.
4. After booking an event, when am I expected to pay the balance of my bill? What forms of payment are acceptable?
At the absolute latest, the balance is due on the day of the event before the event begins. If paid on the day of the event, the payment must be in cash, certified check, or money order. If you prefer to use a personal check, payment due one week prior to the event. We accept all credit cards and there is no fee for doing so. You may pay your balance(s) on nyxentertainment.com, or you can submit your information to our office and we will process it for you.
5. Are gratuities included on the balance?
No, gratuities are not included. They are not required, but if you feel that our team members have done a great job, gratuities are always appreciated.
6. Am I guaranteed that the M.C. I request? Can I also request specific members of team NYX?
Barring acts of God, the emcee you request will be the one at your event. Any team member may be requested, but we can not guarantee their availability.See the online list of entertainers.
7. Does NYX Entertainment offer dance lessons?
Yes. We offer private dance lessons both in studio as well as in the privacy of your own home. We also have group lessons at our Hip-Hop Dance Studio. You can find out everything you need at the studio website. |
